How to Use the Retrieve Job Menu

How to access menus

Press MENU to enter MENUS.

Press the up arrow button or down arrow button to navigate the listings.

Press the checkmark button to select the appropriate option.

Retrieve Job menu options

The retrieve job menu allows the user to view listings of all stored jobs.

PRINT STORED JOB LIST

Prints a page that lists all jobs stored on the printer.

Each person who has jobs stored on the printer is listed. The number in parentheses indicates how many jobs that person has stored.

NO STORED JOBS

If there are no stored jobs, this message appears in place of the list.

USER NAME

Each user who has stored jobs is listed by name. Select the appropriate user name to see a list of stored jobs.

ALL PRIVATE JOBS

This message is displayed if a user has stored jobs that require a PIN.

PRINT

When printing a private job, the user is prompted to enter a PIN.

COPIES

The number of copies of the job to be printed. The default is 1.

DELETE

When deleting a private job, the user is prompted to enter a PIN.
