What is Oki Print Job Accounting and what does it do? Oki Print Job Accounting software, included with the CD that comes with the C7300/7500/9300/9500 color printers, is designed specifically for OKI printers. It provides job accounting features that allow you to track printer usage, calculate printing costs, and specify user access. Things Print Job Accounting can do: Set fees for paper size, sheets fed, etc. User printing can be restricted by color / mono, print time, amount of pages printed, and cost considerations. Printing statistics can be tracked by user and/or department. Administrators can track items such as printed pages, color / mono pages, duplexed pages, failed attempts, date printed, document names, etc., for each registered user. Requirements of Print Job Accounting: For the Print Job Accounting "Server S/W" a Windows NT 4.0 (SP 5 or higher) / 2000 / XP machine is required For the Print Job Accounting "Client S/W" any of the following are supported - Win 95 / 98 / Me / NT 4.0 (SP 5 or higher) / 2000 / XP - MacOS 9 - 9.2.2 A directly connected printer (Parallel, USB, or TCP/IP) Note: If using a network connection, the OkiLAN 6200e+ card is required Supported printer(s) (C7300/C7500/C9300/C9500 only) Please refer to the supported product User's Guide for additional information regarding the installation and usage of Oki Print Job Accounting. ©2005 Oki Data Americas, Inc.
