Paper Skewing Severely or Jamming from the Multi-Purpose Tray

Paper is skewing or jamming from the Multi-Purpose tray, but not from the normal trays (tray1, tray2, etc.).

The spring and copper grounding plate inside of Registration Roller Assy "A" are misaligned. If this occurs, it forces the two Registration Rollers apart on one side, thus causing a misfeed.

Refer to the pictures below for Proper and Improper spring alignment of Copper Ground Plate and Spring:

Remove the Registration Roller Assy "A" and correct the Ground Plate position. If the Copper Ground Plate is not able to be corrected then the Registration Roller Assy "A" must be replaced.
