Unable to install the printer driver Error message appears stating "Access is Denied." 
An existing C5150 or C5200 driver is already installed, and needs to be deleted first. 1. Remove any C5150 or C5200 driver from the printer's folder and server properties. 
2. Be sure to delete the printers Icon, as an example, the , from the Printer and Faxes folder. 3. Click on Start, Search, For Files and Foldes and then All Files. 
4. Search for C5150* or C5200*. 
5. Delete C5150 or C5200 folders. 
6. After the file/s have been removed, the new driver can be installed. Product(s): |  | C5150n; C5200n; C5200ne |
