C5000 Series Part Change - Hopping Shaft and Stopper Gear The following two parts have changed: 
These parts were changed to prevent possible gear slippage that would result in paper feed problems. Both new parts need to be replaced together. The part numbers will stay the same, but all stock will be replaced with the new versions of both parts. If either part needs replacement, both part numbers should be ordered to ensure compatibility.
