Recovery Procedure for Error Condition - "Please Reboot (103-208)"

Clear the operator panel from displaying the error "Please reboot (103 - 208)" message.

Step#1: Press the left and right arrow buttons simultaneously, release both buttons then press the online button to get into the DIAG. Menu

Step#2: Press the down arrow button twice the operator panel will display Diag.Menu
Adjustment

Step#3: Press the right arrow button the operator panel will display Adjustment
DC131 NVM R/W

Step#4: Press the down arrow button the operator panel will read Adjustment
DC132 Set Serial

Step#5: Press the right button the operator panel will read Serial Number XXX Record this serial number
SYS1: XXXXXX

Step#6: Press the Down Button 24 times. The operator panel should read DC132 Set Serial
Target PWA SYS1

Step#7: Press the Select button
Operator display Enter Serial No. 000000 Enter the serial number that you recorded in step#5

Step #8: Press the select button operator display Re- Enter Serial number XXXXXX enter the serial number from step #5 again. Press Select

Step #9: The operator panel will display

Note: The Operator will now display "DC132 Set Serial Number Completed".

Step #10: Press the left and right arrow button, release both buttons then press on-line button to get into the Diag MODE

Step #11: The operator panel will display Exit Diagnostics
Incomplete Exit

Step#12: Press the down arrow button the operator panel will read Exit Diagnostics
Complete Exit

Step #13: Press the select button the operator panel reads Complete Exit
If OK Press SEL

Step #14: Press the select button the operator will read Please Reboot
Printer (103-208)

Power the unit OFF Wait three seconds then power the unit back ON. Operation is now complete.--
