Print Jobs will not leave the Print Queue in a Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000 environment. The print jobs appear to print normally, but they remain in the Windows print queue and have a status of "printed". However, nothing prints and the printer remains On-Line. An older version of "OKIPAR.DLL" is installed on the system. Replace OKIPAR.DLL with the version supplied with the printer driver. Check the size and creation date of OKIPAR.DLL in the directory WINNT/system32/spool/prtprocs/w32x86. This file will be on the driver installation CD under /DRIVERS/NT40/ENGLISH or /DRIVERS/WIN2000/ENGLISH (depending on your operating system) or in the driver downloaded from the Oki website. If the file installed on your system is older than that on the CD, please replace it with the file from the CD. To do this you will need to stop the Print Spooler service, copy the file, then restart the Print Spooler service. Under Windows 2000 you can manage services via Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services, and under NT4 via Start->Settings->Control Panel->Services. Note that the service is called "Spooler" under NT4, and "Print Spooler" under Windows 2000.
