"Replace Transfer Belt" message shortly after installing new transfer belt

Symptom:
Printer displays a "Replace Transfer Belt" message. Once the belt is replaced, the message will go away for approx 200 pages and then comes back. Transfer belt life on the Menu Map shows that the belt still has over 90% life remaining.

Cause:
The spring that is on the waste toner sensor is missing.

Replace the Waste Toner Sensor Actuator P/N 42199601. Waste Toner Sensor Spring (C7000 series) P/N 42251502 (C9000 series) P/N 42251501
