Black and Magenta Color Planes Stretched Down the Page

Black and Magenta color planes are stretched down the page on the Configuration page. See expample in Figure 1.

The issue is caused when the inlet guide on the fuser gets out of position and the fuser inlet/loop sensor flag can not actuate properly. The solution for the CLJ 46xx printers has been replacing the looping sensor.

Remove the fuser.
Inspect PS 11 fuser inlet/loop sensor to see if it is seated properly or for paper or toner.

CAUTION: Fuser will be hot.

Carefully verify movement of the fuser inlet/loop flag on the bottom of the fuser.
Reseat the fuser.
Test the product thoroughly.

If the issue is not resolved parts predict PS 11 and fuser.
