EMF Print Jobs That Contain Certain Fonts May Not Print When a customer prints a document that contains Type 1 fonts, the fonts may be missing from the print job.The problem occurs when the Enable advanced Printing features check box is selected, and the print server does not have the fonts installed. When a font that is made up of two or more files ( like an Adobe Type 1 ) is read from the spool file, the section pointer and base address are only set on the first file. The original code expected these values to be set on each font file. It could also affect, job accounting programs as well. The resolution to this is to uncheck the Enable Advance Printing features option located under the Advavce tab in the printer driver.
