Setting Custom Size Forms With C5100/C5300 in Windows 2000/XP

How To:
Create a custom form for use with the C5100/C5300 in Windows 2000/XP.
C5100n / C5300n PCL

1. Right Click on the Driver and select Printing Preferences

2. Click on Paper Feed Options

3. Click on Custom Size...

4. In the Custom Size window below, enter a Name and the size of the custom form to be created (Size is limited to 3.94in x 5.83in)

5. After the Name and dimensions are plugged in, click on the Add>> button

6. Click on OK, then APPLY

C5300n PostScript Driver

1. In the Printer Folder select File -> Server Properties

2. In the window below click on the Create a New Form checkbox, and enter a name under Form Description and the form dimensions in the appropriate boxes below

3. Once the new form information has been entered click on the Save Form button, then click on OK

4. Next right click on the C5300n PostScript driver and select Printing Preferences

5. On the Layout tab click on the Advanced button

6. Click on the Paper Size and select the newly created form

7. Click on OK, then APPLY
