Resolving an "Error 79"

Printer displays an "ERROR 79" on Power Up.

LED Head Cable is possibly disconnected from the LED head array.

There are two white LED ribbon cables that are connected to the LED head array. One or both of them may be loose or disconnected. Check the connections on the LED head and Re-seat them. This should resolve most instances, if it does not resolve the error condition printer will require service.
