The following procedure explains how to remove Job Accounting from a printer that has Job Accounting turned on, if Job Accounting is no longer needed on that unit. 1. Launch the Job Accounting Server software (If the software was deleted previously it must be reinstalled and the printer setup again in order to remove the Job Accounting). 2. Right click on the printer and click on Start/End Log (The Status column should change to Not acquired). 
3. Next, right click on the printer again and click on Delete a Printer/Printer Group 
4. Print a Menu Map and verify that JobAccounting:ON no longer appears in the top right corner of the Menu Map.
