PrintView Software Not Reporting Color Jobs or Number of Pages Printed

Symptom:
When viewing reports made with the PrintView Job Accounting software, the reports only show (0) pages printed or it does not report any pages were printed in color.

Cause:
The full retail version of Adobe Acrobat 4.x or greater is not installed on the server where PrintView resides.

Resolution:
The Full Retail Adobe Acrobat 4.x or higher must be installed on the server where PrintView is installed.

Additional Info:
In order for PrintView to correctly parse print jobs for page and color information, Adobe Acrobat 4.x or greater must be installed.
