What is an Error 631-649

Errors in the 6xx range are user clearable errors.

631~635 & 637~639: Jam (Paper remains in Printer Unit)
640~642 Jam in Duplex Unit
643~646 Jam in Finisher
647~649 Jam in Invertor

NOTE: These error conditions are caused either by physical paper jams, in the area specified, or may be sensor related. Please refer to the service manual for additional troubleshooting and diagnostics for these and various paper jam conditions.
