Laserquipt Warranty

 
Warranty Information


When you purchase from LaserQuipt you can be assured that you are receiving premium quality, factory-sealed products. Should you be dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may select to have the item replaced. Laserquipt provides a warranty for most of the products and supplies on the website within 30 days of original purchase. Toner in bottles or opened toner products MUST be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty claims. Any purchase via the website will be subject to these terms and conditions.


  • Yield Claims: Page yield is influenced by customer application and therefore LaserQuipt cannot make any guarantee regarding manufacturer's yields. All claims regarding the posted and actual yield of an item must be placed with the manufacturer by the customer.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: All OEM products purchased via the website come with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Warranty issues should be placed with the corresponding manufacturer. Due to some manufacturers' policies, LaserQuipt cannot accept items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON from these manufacturers:


  • Liability: LaserQuipt is not liable in any circumstance for damages incurred by any product or the product's failure.

  • Shipping Charges: Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items and items must be returned in the original packaging which is then placed within the actual shipping container.

  • Defective Products: Defective products WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number. If a product proves to be defective LaserQuipt will ship new a item immediately and charge the respective credit card account. On receipt of the defective item LaserQuipt will issue a refund.

  • Re-stocking Fees: NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Any unauthorized returns or cancellations will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Any returns on non-defective items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

  • Claims: All claims against LaserQuipt Incorporated will take place in Scott County, Minneapolis, MN.



To return a product:


  1. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from LaserQuipt. Please contact LaserQuipt by filling out our RMA form.

  2. When you receive your RMA #, you will now be able to ship your product back. The address to ship your return is 4870 12th Avenue East Shakopee, MN 55379. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.

  3. Pack the items carefully. Please use the origianl packaging that you received with your package. DO NOT ship items in their OEM packaging as they won't be in re-saleable condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and any damages in transit.

  4. Display the RMA # on the outside of the box. Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces. You may write on the outside of the packaging that the items arrived in.

  5. Receive your refund. Your refund will be issued as soon as the products have been received and RMA has been accepted.
