Policy & Agreement

Pricing


Items on our site will always reflect the most current price of the item, however the price can change without notice.  LaserQuipt cannot confirm the price of an item until it is ordered.  We have a large database and despite our efforts there may be a small amount of mispriced items in our inventory.  If this happens, LaserQuipt will take one of these options:

1. If the correct inventory reflects a lower price than the price when you purchased it,  LaserQuipt will charge the lower amount and notify you immediately.

2. If the correct inventory reflects a higher price than the price when you purchased it,  LaserQuipt will not charge your credit card and either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you immediately.

Process Time
We do not process charges online in real time due to the high level of Internet fraud. We only process your credit card upon verification with your bank. As a result, processing times vary. There is no guarantee for processing time. We make every effort to process your order the same day. Please refer to our Credit Card Processing Policy for more information.

Credit Card


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Each credit card company has established policies and procedures that we as a Merchant (seller) must adhere to. There are responsibilities that you as the "buyer" must adhere to which could include proof that you are in fact "the card holder" by means of reasonable identification (business or other listed telephone number with the credit card company database that we can verify). Please contact American Express @ 1-(800) 528-5200, Discover @ 1-(800) 347-2000, VISA @ 1-(800) 228-1122 or MasterCard @ 1-(800) 826-2181 if you feel like any of our "verification" policies are not in line with their organizational policies. We work hard to prevent FRAUD. Please be aware that we make all attempts to verify you as the "real cardholder" prior to processing the charge.

Bill to Address
Our merchant system requires that we verify the registered billing address with the issuing bank prior to approval. The address you provide must match exactly with the address on file. This address is the same address where your credit card bill is sent. Errors will increase the processing time of your order.

Ship to Address
Laserquipt allows orders to be shipped to an alternate ship to address. The Alternate Shipping Address must be verified by a merchant system. At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.   

CVV2 Code
For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID or CVV2. The extra ID number is located on the back of your Visa, Master Card, or Discover cards. The American Express code is located on the front of the card, just above the card number.

Fraud
We appreciate your business, and hope you understand that in today’s times credit card fraud costs are approaching multi-billion dollar levels. We will do everything in our power to protect you.

Shipping


We reserve the right to drop ship from a wholesale drop shipper near your location if you have selected one, two or three day air. We guarantee you will receive the products ordered within the time requested. However, if you selected one day air and we ship it via ground from a drop shipper and you do receive the product in one day, we do not refund any shipping charges. On rare occasions, you may have a delayed shipment, in which case, contact our customer service department and we will cheerfully refund the shipping charge differential.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery times for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping price estimates are based on FedEx’s real time information. Due to problems on our server and FedEx’s shipping costs occasionally, although rare, are incorrect. Laserquipt reserves the right to correct such mistakes.

Orders received by 2:00PM CST usually will ship the same day. Laserquipt reserves the right to ship items however necessary as long as they arrive in the requested amount of time. Occasionally orders will be shipped via a different method than what the customer has chosen.

3 Day Shipping
Orders received by 2:00PM CST will arrive in 3 business days or fewer.

2nd Day Shipping
Orders received by 2:00PM CST will arrive in 2 business days or fewer.

Overnight Shipping
Orders received by 2:00PM CST will arrive the next business day. There is an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

Carriers
The carrier we use to ship your order depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your products, etc. Our shipping department will choose the carrier that will give you the quickest service. The carrier we choose will not affect your shipping cost.

Destinations
Laserquipt can ship to any address within the United States. Currently we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO address. We can ship to US territories via USPS, we will contact you with your actual shipping costs prior to shipping your order.

Warranty Info


When you purchase from LaserQuipt you can be assured that you are receiving premium quality, factory-sealed products. Should you be dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you may select to have the item replaced. Laserquipt provides a warranty for most of the products and supplies on the website within 30 days of original purchase. Toner in bottles or opened toner products MUST be returned to the manufacturer for any warranty claims. Any purchase via the website will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Defective Products
WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number. There are no refunds issued for defective product. LaserQuipt will ship a new  item immediately and charge the respective credit card account. On receipt of the defective item LaserQuipt will issue a refund. 

Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items and items must be returned in the original packaging which is then placed within the actual shipping container.

Yield Claims
Page yield is influenced by customer application and therefore LaserQuipt cannot make any guarantee regarding manufacturer's yields. All claims regarding the posted and actual yield of an item must be placed with the manufacturer by the customer.

Manufacturer Warranties
All OEM products purchased via the website come with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Warranty issues should be placed with the corresponding manufacturer. Due to some manufacturers' policies, LaserQuipt cannot accept items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON from these manufacturers:

  RICOH
   Xerox
   Media Sciences

Returns


Returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA number.  All returns must be returned in the original packaging which is unmarked, unopened and undamaged within 30 days of purchase date.  There is a 15% restock fee on all returns.  Shipping is not refunded and is paid by customer to ship back for return.  See below for return instructions.

In the event an order is shipped due to LaserQuipt error.  The customer must notify us within 30 days of original purchase date and obtain an RMA.  LaserQuipt will ship a new  item immediately and charge the respective credit card account.  We will send a call tag for the return of the misshipped item.  Once it is received a credit will be issued.

Return Instructions


Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from LaserQuipt. Please contact LaserQuipt 1-800-777-8444

When you receive your RMA #, you will now be able to ship your product back. The address to ship your return is 4870 12th Avenue East Shakopee, MN 55379. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.

Pack the items carefully. Please use the original packaging that you received with your package. DO NOT ship items in their OEM packaging as they won't be in re-saleable condition. You are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and any damages in transit.

Display the RMA # on the outside of the box. Do not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces. You may write on the outside of the package the items were shipped in.

Receive your refund. Your refund will be issued as soon as the products have been received and RMA has been accepted.

Legal


LaserQuipt is not liable under any circumstance for damages incurred by any product or the product's failure.

Claims
All claims against LaserQuipt Incorporated will take place in Scott County, Shakopee, MN.
