Media Sciences Warranty Policy

Warranty

Media Sciences delivers more than savings when you choose our color printer supplies. We ensure that you’ve made a safe, risk free choice when using our products. We offer you our total commitment to provide you with high quality reliable products. We do this through one of the strongest warranties in the industry.

Our Warranty States

Media Sciences, Inc. warrants that its solid ink sticks and color toner cartridges are suitable for use in the intended models of printers and are free of defects that could cause damage to these printers. Should it be shown that a printer is damaged owing to the use of Media Sciences products, Media Sciences will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair, or provide an equivalent new or refurbished printer. This warranty does not cover damage to the product or a printer caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, human error, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. Media Sciences, Inc. defines reasonable and customary charges as the standard rate for service as defined by the printer manufacturer.

Use of Media Sciences products does not void your Warranty

End users are often told by the manufacturers’ technicians and salespeople that the use of generic supplies will “void the warranty” or violate the terms of a “Service Contract.” This is not true and may be a violation of Federal Trade Laws if enforced by the manufacturer.
