There is a $20.00 handling fee for orders that have less than $40.00 in parts. The handling fee is waived if the total amount of parts ordered is above $40.00. Defective parts will be exchanged for the same part and shipped to the customer. Defective parts may not be returned for credit or refunds under any circumstance. The customer must pay return shipping to LaserQuipt Inc. and LaserQuipt Inc. will pay shipping back to you. If you receive a defective part, contact Laserquipt Inc. to obtain a RMA number. A certified technician will inspect the item when Laserquipt receives it. If it is certified defective, Laserquipt will then ship a replacement part. If it is certified not defective, the part will be shipped back and a 20% processing fee will be assessed. NO returns can be accepted on any parts due to manufacturers' policies. Defective electrical parts may be exchanged for the same part that was ordered. NO exchanges of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Cancellations in process will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. The time until you receive the products is dependent on manufacturer's turnaround time. We have no control over their shipping policies. Usual shipping times for parts ordered from manufacturer's are between 5-10 business days. Parts that are in our stock are shipped same day if ordered before 2:30 PM CST. Orders may sometimes ship from multiple warehouses using different services. Therefore, it may take a few days for the complete order to be delivered. Printer repairs should be performed by qualified individuals. We cannot provide you with technical assistance on the repair of your printer. We will not be held liable for damages to your printer, person or property in attempting to repair your printer.
