From the Start menu, choose Settings and then Printers to display the Printers directory. 2. Right-click the printer icon and choose Printing Preferences. Then see Quality Tab section below. Quality Tab The Quality tab allows you to provide settings for color selection, color matching, grayscale, resolution, etc (see first image below). When selecting ICM or Custom under the Quick Color section, you will also be provided an additional dialog box of choices for configuration. The second image below also show how you can adjust brightness. These settings can only be made from the driver ... none can be made from the printer panel menu.

Displaying Printer Driver Settings in Windows Me/98SE 1. From the Start menu, choose Settings and then Printers to display the Printers directory. 2. Right-click the printer icon and choose Properties. 3. Click on the Device Options tab. 4. Select the desired quality option from the Printer features scroll list. 5. Then, change the state of the chosen quality option (from above step) in the Change Setting for: "xxxx" drop-down box (where "xxxx" is the quality option chosen in step above). 6. Click Apply. 7. Click OK until you exit the driver.
