Fiery Downloader

When attempting to add a fiery server into the Fiery Downloader a network error is displayed which in turn does not allow the process to be completed.

The "New Device" name is incorrect.

The "New Device" name must end with 3640A3. The "Nickname" can be anything and the "Server name" must be the IP address of the printer.

The "Add" button then becomes active. Once "Add" is depressed the "OK" button becomes active. After depressing "OK" a second screen appears displaying the newly added server. Here you must highlight the serve name and press "OK". Now the printer's status should be displayed.
