XX Description: 
04 Main fan 
06 Duplex fan

57.04 Error:
1. Check the connector J1008 on the DC controller is seated correctly.
2. Replace the fan.
3. Replace the DC controller.

57.06 Error:
1. Check the connectors J802, J823, and J850 on the duplex-driver PCA are
seated correctly.
2. Replace the fan.
3. Replace the duplex-driver PCA.
