59.4 EP MOTOR ROTATION

HP LaserJet 4300 Series Printer - 59.4 EP MOTOR ROTATION Error

A 59.4 EP MOTOR ROTATION error appears on the control panel of the printer.

Turn the printer power off and then turn the printer power on.
If the message persists, replace the print cartridge motor (part number: RH7-1576-000CN or Q2425-69011).

NOTE: Do not replace the print cartridge or any other parts. In most cases, the print cartridge motor fixes the error.

Replace the print cartridge motor.
