Navigate, change settings, and print a job history report on the B6200 and B6300 printers. 1) When the printer is powered on it will warm up and read "READY TO PRINT". 1a) If the green power saving light is on press it once. The light goes out and the display will then read "READY TO PRINT". 2) Press MENU once and the display will read "MENU PRINT LANGUAGE". 3) Press the (DOWN) arrow and the display will read "MENU REPORT/LIST". This information can be printed by: 3a) Pressing the (RIGHT) arrow once and the display will read "REPORT/LIST JOB HISTORY". 3b) Press (RIGHT) arrow again and the display will read "JOB HISTORY USE SEL TO PRINT". 3c) Press SELECT to print. 4) To continue through the rest of the menu, press (LEFT) arrow twice to get back to "MENU REPORT/LIST", then press the (DOWN) arrow to access the additional printer options below. The (LEFT) and (UP) arrows back up or out of the current menu item selection. 6) Press MENU and return to "READY TO PRINT". The indicator is illuminated when the printer is in power save mode. 7 <CANCEL> button Press to cancel printing. 8 <ON LINE> button Press to enter offline status, in which the printer cannot receive data or process printing data. Press again to exit offline status and enter online status, in which the printer can receive data from the computer. 9 < > < > < > < > buttons Press these to move to the required menu, item and required value on the display. Also, press the < > button when you are carrying out secure/sampled/delayed printing or when you are checking/printing received mail manually. Note: When you are changing the candidate values by the < > < > buttons, you can press and hold down the buttons to change the display continuously.
