All information that LaserQuipt receives through the ordering process is used solely for the purpose of filling the customer's order. Contact information provided by the customer is not used for marketing purposes, except in the instance where the customer has requested that they be occasionally contacted. Information gathered when a customer signs up for our mailing list is used solely for the mailing list. Under no circumstances is any information provided to a third party organization.

A cookie file can contain information such as a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk, nor read cookie files created by other sites. LaserQuipt.com strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility references, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, LaserQuipt.com at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Please remember to consider, you, our valued patron, are ultimately responsible for any purchase decision.

Items on our site will always reflect the most current price of the item however the price can change without notice. LaserQuipt cannot confirm the price of an item until it is ordered. We have a large database and despite our efforts there may be a small amount of mispriced items in our inventory. In this case LaserQuipt, at our discretion, will take one of these options:

1. If the correct inventory reflects a lower price than the price when you purchased it. LaserQuipt will charge the lower amount and notify you immediately.
2. If the correct inventory reflects a higher price than the price when you purchased it. LaserQuipt will not charge your credit card and either contact for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you immediately.

There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. LaserQuipt is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We are however, willing to replace some defective products within 30 days. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be returned in the original packaging which is unmarked, unopened and undamaged.

We reserve the right to drop ship from a wholesale drop shipper near your location if you have selected one, two or three day air. We guarantee you will receive the products ordered within the time requested. However, if you selected one day air and we ship it via ground from a drop shipper and you do receive the product in one day, we do not refund any shipping charges. On rare occasions, you may have a delayed shipment, in which case, contact our customer service department and we will cheerfully refund the shipping charge differential.
