Central Contractor Registration (CCR) - Registered

Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary vendor database for the U.S. Federal Government. CCR collects, validates, stores, and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.

Both current and potential federal government vendors are required to register in CCR in order to be awarded contracts by the federal government. Vendors are required to complete a one-time registration to provide basic information relevant to procurement and financial transactions. Vendors must update or renew their registration at least once per year to maintain an active status.

CCR validates the vendor information and electronically shares the secure and encrypted data with the federal agencies finance offices to facilitate paperless payments through electronic funds transfer (EFT). Additionally, CCR shares the data with federal government procurement and electronic business systems.

Do you accept purchase orders?

We can accept purchase orders pending verification of your institution. Purchase orders can be faxed to 952-496-3200 or mailed to 4870 12th Avenue East Shakopee, MN 55379. Do you offer net terms for large institutions?

We offer net terms upon completion of a small credit application. If you would like a credit application faxed to your office you can email us at orders@laserquipt.com or you can call us at 1-800-777-8444.

Do you charge tax for government or educational institutions?

We do not charge tax for any orders outside of Minnesota. If your institution resides in Minnesota and are eligible for tax exemption, just mention that in the comments section and we will remove the tax.
